It is an engineered network comprising Flush Pumping Stations (FPS), Floor Distribution Units (FDU), and Under-Floor Emitters (UDF) installed under the building slab during construction to deliver long-term anti-termite protection.
Pre-construction treatment builds a chemical barrier under foundation soil prior to slab casting. Post-construction treatment is conducted on completed properties using precision drilling and chemical injection.
Refilling is done externally via the wall-mounted Flush Pumping Station (FPS) valves. High-pressure pumps push termiticide directly through the under-slab pipeline grid without touching inside tiles or woodwork.
