The Fluid Pumping Station (FPS) is the primary control hub and injection manifold of KIEZEN INDIA's anti-termite reticulation network. Wall-mounted in an accessible location (such as a garage, utility room, or external wall), the FPS acts as the central interface where technicians connect external chemical pumps during service.
Instead of treating a building blindly, the FPS allows for centralized management and targeted, directional distribution of anti-termite fluid into the sub-floor network.
Technical Specifications & Engineering Rules:
To ensure proper pressure regulation and exact fluid dynamics across the system, the application backend and field installations follow these strict parameters:-
- Zonal Control (Manifold Valves):- Every FPS box features a series of built-in mechanical valves/dials. Each valve controls an independent fluid line running down the wall chases to a specific Fluid Distribution Unit (FDU) on the floor level.
- Capacity & Scaling Ratio:- In your standard installation baseline, 1 FPS unit connects directly to 1 FDU, which ultimately manages a minimum grid of 139 to 142 Units of Dispensing Fluid (UDF).
- Sub-Zone Hard Caps:- Because a single valve line leading out from the FPS/FDU network has a strict physical limit of 13 to 14 UDFs (covering roughly 39 to 42 linear feet), the FPS acts as the multi-channel splitter to safely section the building into manageable, high-pressure zones.
- System Protection:- By consolidating the network into an enclosed, surface-mounted metal or heavy-duty plastic cabinet, the FPS protects the vital inlet valves from being buried, damaged, or clogged by masonry and plastering work during construction.
